Brentwood Property Appraisal, a Division of Trident Services LLC (“BPA”) is the premier high-end appraisal management company covering the Southern California and New York City markets. BPA is a registered AMC and offers all of the appraisal compliance required by federal and state laws, as well as requirements of the GSEs.

BPA is not a typical AMC. The jumbo mortgage market is BPA’s primary business. Jumbo Mortgage loans make up less than 10% of the overall national loan volume. As most AMCs cover the entire country, which means that less than 10% of their business involves properties with jumbo loans.

BPA is the only AMC with this level of experience and professionalism managing the appraisal process in our complex high-end residential markets.
