Our Appraisers

BPA has long standing relationships with the most experienced high-end appraisers in our markets. We view the appraisal as a professional service, rather than a commodity. Our appraisers operate based on a specific professional code of conduct and we thoroughly vet appraisers who are referred to us by respected colleagues and clients, before inviting them to join our panel.

BPA is also an approved provider of continuing education for appraisers. Our continuing education courses exist for the sole purpose of educating our panel of appraisers on topics like specific client requirements, while providing them with credit towards their license renewals.

We show respect to our appraisers while holding them accountable to do a professional job and they expect and receive reasonable compensation for the work they do.
